Worlds is soon, neither of those champions make big plays so not worth.

Voli is very high on the list for a VGU, expect a Rework until 2019
UDyrham got many test on PBE last time to improve his kit with new dmg scales , new passiv , new effects and new cD and mana costs. The final change will hit the PBE in the middle of September. So he will come with patch 7.19 maybe 7.20

I am not a Rioter, he has potential, but finally it is the decision of the champions team which Champs get a spot. Riot trys to get around 5 VGUS a year since 2018, so maybe he is the next one or it takes time to find a good spot for him like Urgot.
