If it is my sweeping lens / oracle alteration that finds the ward, give me at least some of the gold

Don't you hate it when you are the Support and go to sweep a ward, find one, but then your stupid ADC last hits it and steals most/all of the ward kill gold? For starters, WTF ADC, go kill a minion or poke something, wards are my shit to profit from. Secondly, it was my sweepers which found it, I am the support, let me get my gold.

I don't mind other team members still getting assist gold, but let me get the last hit gold if it was my sweepers regardless of who actually last hits. If multiple sweepers find the same ward, the first to reveal it gets the gold. If they pass over it and come back, they go to the back of the line of priority.

I hope it puts your mind at ease to know that one of their priorities this year for the Support update is little changes like rewarding the sweeper for this.

I kinda hope they change how killing wards work. Right now high attack speed or autoattack resets are optimal for killing wards, but few supports have AS steroids or AA resets at low cost. It's definitely better than giving wards a flat amount of HP, but it doesn't make supports better at killing wards. A quick fix could be Sightstone providing extra attack speed when attacking wards, but personally I'd like to see channeling for a short moment to kill wards.

Maybe have it so anyone with a Sightstone instantly clears them just by walking over them. (they also could still AA them).

Q resets her timer on-cast and on-AA. Technically a bug (I think) that's been around since her release. Her E also has an AA reset on dash, but it's barely faster than her base AS with the cast animation.

But the resets are why AD Leona is actually stronger than AP. Instant triple-AA every 4 seconds add up. Especially when you start throwing cleaver and hydra into the mix.

I hate when people last hit wards. An enemy plops down a ward right on top of our team. I auto it once, twice, then the ADC tries to get the third hit after my second AA, but it doesn't go off, because by then the ward disappeared. We could have denied that vision, along with giving one of us a small amount gold, but in the end greed wins over.

Just auto the thing when you see it. What goes through the mind of ward farmers? "Either I get the ward gold, or nobody gets it!"
