QoL improvement for the Supports

Can you please adjust SightStone so that it refreshes like the yellow wards, and instantly if on the fountain?

I can't imagine how this would be game breaking.

It already refreshes instantly on fountain, and it'd make the item too efficient.

As it is, Sightstone can be built into four different items which all have great stats. But if the ward stacks regenerated over time as well, it'd be too powerful in terms of denying ganks and objectives. You'd be able to maintain perpetual laning safety against any jungler that isn't stealthed/has strong non-ult gapclosers.

Sightstone already is great for ensuring bottomlane safety, but if it regenerated over time a support could clear enemy wards while having the jungle access routes permanently warded.

At low tiers of play, this probably wouldn't make that much of a difference, but once you reach the medium tiers or higher this would be an absolutely massive buff to supports and a nerf to a lot of junglers.

And I suppose that why I was asking. My worldview is one in which wards are almost only dropped by supports, Lee Sins, and occasionally at Baron.
