You can qss Morde ult, but not Camille's?

Morde clearly suffers from 'Zed syndrome' - in lower Elo he is terror, because nobody likes buying qss, in higher elo he is much less relevant because one can deny his ult completely.

I thought that years ago it was established that "just but qss" is not a good gameplay, hence Zed and Trundle got changes and Camille's ult is not qss-able since release, but I guess in Rito they dont take notes.

tl;dr make Morde ult non qss-able, so that he can actually use his kit, then NERF hard so that others get to play the game
