Ok riot, this is your worst idea but to give zed a slow in his E is so stupid!
His slow is very powerful, it can turn a 1v1 atoind, and it's unfair, you can't kite this mofo zed ince his shadow is up he will slow you with his E and rape you.
Zed is an assasin he should not have a slow with his e. Katarina's E doesn't, i think that this gives him an unfair advantage in battle.

She has the mobility and the damage to get to the backline and 100-0 them if not far behind. That's an Assassin for me. She is the AP Version of Zed to some extent
