His W should be where his power lies, not his Q.

And I agree with you, 100%. He should have less poke in his Q (base damage is pretty high on this one), more on his E (risk->reward) and maybe slightly less on soldiers. Ult is fine, if something would need to be done here reducing missile speed would be the way to go.

Holy shit what an incredible failure of a "retort." If you want to point to percentages then take a look at the ban %. He's getting banned 25% of the time even though people only see him in a game 8% of the time. That speaks volumes about what it's like to play against him, even if it's just once out of every 12 games.
