Is Cassieopia grounded cc overrated?

There was a lot of hype about this new mechanic and a lot of ppl were excited about it. It really was a step in the right direction for Cass making her have a strong identity.

But then the rework was released and I felt disappointed. Not the the idea wasn't great, but the mechanics of the skill left a lot to be desired to the point where it doesn't even matter if she have a grounded CC because she almost never lands it.

I played a several games against Cass an almost never was affected by the grounded CC.

The sad thing is the rest of her kit lost a lot of damage in order for her to have this new mechanic making Cass weak overall.

Am I the only one that feels her W is overrated?
