An idea to fix the issue of underleveled supports

right now as soon as laning phase ends supports pretty much get screwed in terms of EXP first off.. in bot lane with a support both you can the adc share the exp so you each get less. mid lane gets solo exp, top lane gets solo exp, jungler gets solo exp bot lane has to split it with the adc. but the adc often goes off alone to farm, where as if support ever goes off alone.. well they get pretty heavily punished for it. so basically the support is ALWAYS underleveled.

even in LCS you see both teams with 4 players lvl 18 and both the supports are like like 14

now i came up with a couple ideas.

i haven't yet gone through the time of trying to find out ever possibly repercussion of each, and how to make it so it wont somehow be able to be abused. So i haven't worked out a lot the details yet. (aka some of these might have highly exploitable thing that would make them never work that i haven't thought of yet)

but as for brainstorming, this is what i came up with

1. support items/ Passive: gives full exp instead of shared exp to the holder when all allies within in 1000 range are a higher level than you Issues: Support could potentially stay out of exp range to get adc more solo gold then try to rubberband back

2. place 50 in the game, stack then with no-clipping mode and have them follow you around.
