Will Soraka get reworked again ?

She has a steady 30% ban rate for months now and overall most people just hate her. In 99% of games I play her, someone always complains about how toxic she is.. last game I even got a bonus: "death to all soraka players". Tbh, I can see why the hate for her, with the 1 sec heal cd, ult that can save a sure kill, etc.. I don't see any nerfs coming for her in the upcoming patch so she will still get banned. I don't even think you can balance her around her current kit, I think she just needs another rework and I want to play a game with Soraka knowing not everybody thinking "oh that dirty Soraka picker". LOL

I'm quite certain that her ban rate decreased from like 70+% to 30% in about a month or so after her nerfs. Her win rate and play rate are also pretty average.

I don't know if her last set of nerfs put her in a less QQ-inducing state since I haven't played much lately, but judging by the drop in ban rate, I'm assuming it has had an effect. I personally don't think the nerfs were the right way to balance her though, since they didn't appear to follow the principles laid down in her rework by her designer (Vesh/Morello).
