As I mid laner, it's rather sad to see Doran's ring get nerfed because of Champs like Galio and Naut

It's even sadder for me as a Viktor main to have my favorite champion get another indirect nerf. You simply just can't rush buy on every midlaner. And on times where you want to back very early or are forced to buying another Doran's ring was a very efficient purchase.

It's just kind of sad to see such a reliable purchase get nerfed because of tanks abusing it when it shouldn't even be an item they buy in the first place.
