Why would he build that? Even tho he has magic damage, its not constant enough to really warrant him building Wits.

He doesn't benefit that much from CDR and he has no real room for anything that isnt item 3153 +Fulltank

How about building it as is, because it gives those resistances he needs, but also increases the speed at which he procs his W, while reducing the target's magic resist for teammates.

I could get behind this. Only possible problem I can think of would be Irelia or Warwick, but even so it's still a situational pick for them.

Warwick Volibear Udyr are the obvious abusers of it, whether its buffed or not especially because of devourer. I don't really know if Irelia would really use it that much.

I don't think it should have Stinger in the build path because then it overlaps too much with Nashor's Tooth, which already gives AS, CDR, and magic damage on hit.
