Are the only departments that get work done at Riot are champ creation and skins?

Seem's there is only one thing you can count on at Riot. New champs, and new Skins, which are the only thing that comes out on a incremental basis. What about anything else in this company that needs to get done?

  • Replays? What happened to the people that work on this feature?

  • East coast servers? Been 5 years Riot, and a lotta promises, but still nothing.

  • Client with Adobe Air? When is a new client coming out? Why doesn't a red response EVER comment on this? Is it simply because their are no employees at Riot working on it?

  • Re-working the ranked series system. Everyone knows this system is an absolute joke and was simply made for players to grind for months in order to get somewhere. Currently in ranked you are not playing against other players, you are playing against the system. Will my team-mates feed? Will they rage and get angry and just quit?

Only thing I am sure about is that Riot has a department that plays ARAMs with other players, they make skins and broken champs. I also know they devote a ton of resources and time to LCS. I'd love to have a red comment in here and please give responses to my points.

never promised. In fact riot has stated that their will never be a NA west and east. A more central move is at some point has talked about by riot. Time frame has not be disclosed.

To what? Also it is funny how the top tier players always rise to where they are. The rank system is not as bad as you think it is. Also you are not as good as you think you are.

Riot has never said they were changing clients. In fact riot has stated that its not worth the time or money to change everything from the AIR client. Air does not control anything in the actual game. You may WANT something else but your want does not mean it is NEEDED.

    • Bullshit, Nothing to do with server load. It's the same "the technology isn't there" BS. You don't think DoTA has a lot of players? Easily programmed websites exist that can e-mail you your replays. How hard would it be for Riot to come with that, link it into their garbage client and BAM, you have a replay. It's laziness, and players like you are buying into it.
    • They never said anything on the topic till about a year ago when all of the complaining came about. How much feedback have we seen since then? One post over a year ago? This whole post is asking for updates, and why we never get any. All you ever get is a red jump in, and say a few things and finally leave on the note that they are not in this department so they can't clarify 100%. Well how about you get someone in that department answer the damn question?
    • Top tier as in LCS players? A lot of them duo don't ya know, and if they are not duoing, they simply use carry champions game after game. The other problem is a lot of these players are recognized within the community. Soon as someone see's they have a Voyboy or Gosu smurf they immediately try their hardest and keep toxicity at a minimum. Some joe blow that misses 1 smite against the dragon? "THIS GUY FUCKIN SUCKS, MISS DRAGON, THIS IS OVER IM GONNA AFK"
    • Care to link me to where Riot says it's not worth their time or money to make a new client? Was it within a years time? Riot needs to make a new client. That's inevitable. The longer they hold off, chances are the harder and more time consuming it will be to mesh the garbage they currently have into a new interface.

number 4. Season 3. And no i do not want to bother finding you a link. Do your own damn work. Riot does not need a new client the current client does what it is supposed to do. You may want a new one so it can have X feature but that is no a NEED.

number 3 You can believe what ever you want is holding you back.

number 2 Actually they did comment on the serves. Go find red posts on the infrastructure map they talk about what the plans are. At some point they even talk about how the player base is not big enough to support 2 servers. So you are wrong. (actually everything you write is wrong or misguided.)

Number 1 Riot wanted to make the replays show through a spectators POV, instead of a local recording. In order for riot to do what they wanted with the recording system it would have to be completely hosted and manged by riot servers. So not bull shit. If you want local recording their are plenty of tools around.
