Passive would deal 100% damage and provide twice bonus Attack Speed from items. Q and E would be one ability and have addidional Ekko-like dash. Meditae would have twice less cooldown and scale off from AD. E would be secondary dash or aoe projectile. Highlander cleanse all CC and enpower Alpha Strike to have no cooldown.
And above all.. HE WOULD BE LCS VIABLE PICk.

Akenero1 votesIllaoi is until nerfed Poppy is fun as hell on both ends Corki is now dumb as hell with w, but its easy to play against Graves is easy to beat, just buy a frozen mallet or play rammus(each bullet is seperately counted by his w :3)

No surrender1 votesYou are heading to the point where League of Legends champions got evolution in their gameplay. First released champions where little trivial, they were more spell-based rather than skill-based. Riot changed it a lot by making many champions a lot of skills that require to be more smart to play well, that's how champions like Lee Sin, Vayne, Zed, or Rengar are gods in right hands.
Why in the past Mordekaiser was a good pick? Because on toplane there was no many champions that had such versatile spell kit like Zed or Yasuo have - by changing it Riot made this game more interesting, and at some point annoying.
Few years ago we have toplane like Nunu vs Garen, now we have Zed vs Yasuo (ok, it's more like mid but you know what I am saying).
Miror B1 votesTo be fair, a few champions were actually ignored quite a bit in the LCS despite being used quite well in other regions (let's not forget that support kennen and top-lane riven were more or less ignored in NA/EU prior to worlds). Confused as to what you're actually trying to say in this post, seems more like salt than actual discussion value.
