How come Gangplank E doesn't apply lichbane?
The lichbane bonus damage doesn't apply to his barrels. Not in the sense of making them deal magic damage but that the barrels don't do any bonus damage from lichbane procs on them.
What if the barrels did bonus physical damage based on how much lichbane would do? So if a lichbane proc would deal 200 bonus damage, proccing a keg with a proc would deal 200 bonus physical damage.
