All Bot Carry mains should have at least one Magic Damage Carry in their pool.

There's no reason to NEED this.
Yes, I realized this in 2015 to be honest - that mid laners were picking Zed/Yasuo/Talon as 4th pick after a Riven top and Kha'zix jungle were already picked. I bought Corki for that reason.
You know what the funny thing is? I've played some games as Corki in those situations. I've won lane hard in every one of those games, starting like 4/0/2. You know what else though? I've still LOST every one of those games. That mid laner who picked an AD mid in to a full AD team comp has disconnected in 3/4 of them. Rage quitting because he started 0/2 in lane and had no clue what he was doing and didn't care that we were still winning because I was 4/0, his 0/2 made him rage quit. The ones where the mid laner didn't DC, he still fed and I couldn't carry against a fed mid laner that's designed to 100-0 me.
Some games you just lose. Games where your mid laner picks AD in to a full AD comp are such games typically. Having a magic damage bot laner isn't going to miraculously make that person a better player. You lose because he sucks at league, not because you're all AD.
And then the odd game you win? It's because the dude is a smurf that just wants to go 20/0 on Yasuo, and it really doesn't matter whether your team is all AD or not.
In short: having a magic damage bot laner may seem like a good idea, but most of the time it won't make a difference. Most mid laners that are set on playing Yasuo/Zed/Talon in to AD tops and AD assassin junglers will feed and force the loss regardless of what you pick.
I have my cassio bot if I need it. I think it is important to have one or two ap champions for botlane.
Veigar as the carry bot shouldn't work
