Questions about the new Quinn

Most Quinn mains including myself are scratching their heads over the new changes.

The goal was to give Quinn a good reason to be played competitively, no? To separate her from other Marksman.

You've gotten rid of her blind and melee Valour, alright. Unlike most Quinn mains I wasn't too upset about this, I thought these two mechanics -were- going to be changed.

But by changed I didn't expect to be completely removed. I thought you were Going to tack on a fiora parry with her Q, and allow Valor to tag team to trigger Harrier passives.

What you did was just get rid of a ton of her offensive power.

Her roaming potential was already amazing. Being able to fly halfway across the map to catch her prey, or escape a gank was a strong identity for her, but removing the offensive power and giving her a 2 second channel kind of negates both of these things so I ask you:

Did you make it so Quinn's ult does NOT lose the speed boost upon taking damage?

This is IMPORTANT, because before, if you instantly tag teamed away from the enemy and didn't get hit, you'd be golden, and this was based on reaction time. But with the channel, it will be VERY hard to take off without a Yi jumping on you at some point and hitting you a few times, so will you make up for this by removing her weakness of slowing down if receiving damage? If no, than it's a nerf.

Secondly:

Will she still be viable as a bot lane marksman?

I heard Riot Repetoir mention she'd be best used as a midlaner. Now I know a lot of cheese players are upset about her blind being removed so she can't smack around some top lanes, but I thought the point to her changes was to solidify her as an AD carry along the lines of Jinx, Vayne, Sivir etc.

I don't play a lot of bot lane marksman, so Quinn's kind of my go- to gal there and if Im forced to play her mid, this legitimately leaves my options thinner,

I love playing DEMACIANS, and the only DEMACIAN that goes botlane is Quinn. What do I do???
