Riot, a few questions regarding support (Karma, Soraka, Locket & Face of the Mountain)

So I've noticed, and I know champion.gg isn't the most accurate but, Karma's performance seems to be suffering for a long while now, and she just doesn't feel good to play in the support lane. Granted I only played her for one round, but I just felt like a shield bot for the most part. Are there any plans for her in the short or long run?

Also, how is Soraka faring? As someone who plays her 90% of the time, she feels awful to play lately in plat+. Players are smart, they will rush Executioner's Calling in lane and shut me down immediately. Then there's Morellos, a very good item that now always applies Grievous Wounds, no longer requiring the condition that enemies be below 40% HP. Are you able to pull data to see how she fares in most games versus those two items? I know it's not the same exact situation, but it's almost similar to how you fixed Quicksilver Sash so it wouldn't work against Zed's, Fiora's, etc. I'm not asking that you fix these two items, however, but that you at least allow Wish to remove Grievous Wounds before its application as it once did two years ago?

Also, I've noticed that Shurelya's Reverie is making a comeback(!!!), and you're changing Locket to mitigate damage instead of being a shield for allies. Is there a possible chance that you could bring back Face of the Mountain in its stead, as you have with Frost Queen's Claim as Twin Shadows, and Nomad's Medallion as Shurelya's Reverie? Support items are pretty lackluster atm imo, and Shurelya's Reverie is a more than welcomed addition!
