This is twice the case for champions who rely on resists + healing

Doesn't matter if they're "supposed" to scale or whatever

Champs included range from Mundo to Vlad to Jax to any tank in the game etc

A mastery that gives a %damage reduction based on the sum of bonus Armor and MR.
