49% overall, much like what GG said. She's only 57% in jungle, but that's because of the couple of guys cheesing with her.

Yeah, if I limit results to exclude games the hotfix did not affect and look at the games for a certain server, yes I can get that Taliyah has 57% winrate and you could say that is due to the hotfix. I also get that Garen has went to a 59.21% winrate and is the second best champion in the game... due to Taliyah's hotfix?

The point you are missing, which to be fair I may have a part in because I was expecting dots to be connected, is that weird things pop up in small samples. Like a coin having a 75% heads rate. Also, how does one WORLDWIDE rate count but another doesn't?
