my tier list for the end of this season

Hey guys, normally I like to do this at the beginning of the season, middle of the season and end of the season, that being said as the season is coming to a wrap, and until pre season starts, this is what I feel the meta we are in, and it will be for the most part unchanged untill the pre season patch. Feel free to debate against it, use it, say your thoughts, took me about an hour to create. For a basic summary of what a Letter tier list is, is that you compare every champion in the game against one another, regardless of roles, and you judge them on how important they are and how useful they are, and how good they are at doing what they are designed to do. The reason I find Number tier lists like tier 1 or tier 2 subtly unefective for it fails to judge, and compare tier lists from it's past. That being said please enjoy, or hate.

Pros Safe Lane Phase Reliable Ultimate Silence is awsome

Cons Easily campable Ultimate heavily countered by either cc or items No mobility

Subsitute picks that out class him Ryze Annie Veigar Syndra

If you wanted reliable CC so your team can get kills, ryze and annie are great, if you wanted reliable nuke factor, then veigar and Syndra are great. Malz goes into what I label the "reliable champions" class, champions with abilities that can't miss, and get stuff done. However if you wanted something reliable, than these four I strongly feel do the job better.

QSS doesn't do much tbh, the damage still applies.

Chogath has been a major problem for a while now, not sure where you been.

Malzahar and akali have been on the "i'm decent but not great" list for the large majority of this season. Malzahar is just out classed by other reliable mages, and Akalis lane phase is so horribly shit tier, that any other assassin is a better pick, but because of how strong she is, when she gets popping it can become a huge pay off, which is what stops her from dropping to C.

Katarina upon her nerfs has been unplayed and untouched by the large majority of the player base.

Vayne mains have been crying for this entire season, and getting a vayne on your team in a meta that demands everything that she isn't is just terrible. Once nick named the late game Queen, now reduced to "so i'm strong late game but so is everyone else"

Vayne Zyra Lucian nah, they deserve higher, and vayne in particular rose in viability after her recent buffs and she is in a tank meta which doubles up.

A+Sonas main difference from Soraka is she has combat value in the sense her ultimate can be game changing and high damage, which is what would keep her at A in the very least. Taric however honestly is that good.

A : Yi through my self discovery and through watching other players, is probably when your team plays around you, is by far one of the best tank shredders in the game right now and an amazing jungler for jungle mains to pick up if they find themselves in such a situation, his true damage, and large variety in build pathing just gives him so much value.

A-: People honestly are to harsh on the ryze, great damage, great scaling, reliable cc, safe as hell early game.

B+ : really starting to think people have little idea what "B" means, B means something that is strong, but not great, A means, top notch picks in the game with very few rivals. So to be on the B+ means you are so close to being on that A list, but a few certain factors prevented it from happening.

Xayah: Very item reliant, and demands peel from her team, lane phase is decent when you start to master her, but it's nothing amazing. Great duelist, great team fighter, but falls short in the sense she really needs those items, especially in solo play.

Ranmus: Super slow clear time, laughably slow clear time, dear god i hope i don't get invaded slow clear time. amazing at literally everything else, if his clear time was even remotely slightly better he would of made A or further.

Aniva: Amazing scaling, super high burst, decent CC. What stops her from going further? Lane phase is very mediocre, she is a very sub par roamer, if her opponents know how to face her, shes pretty easy to beat during lane phase. What stopped her from being A? The fact her early game performance is just mediocre, with her lack of mobility shes also very easy to camp.

Fiora: ISSS FARRRR from S tier, A tier, is a definite debate, but S tier hell no. S tier means "I am so broken that the moment you pick me, we basically won the game"

B: No one on this list of critics you have is S tier material, once again S means "i am so broken the moment you picked me, we won" The only one who could maybe use a bump is jayce.

B - : gonna skip most of these, for im running low on battery power but Urgot, I feel is mostly suffering through "new champ syndrome" In the games where I see players who know how to play him, he is often pulling out major work with a very safe lane phase, and a STELLAR team fight phase with the fact he can just pump out so much damage with his gattling gun, with his ultimate, he provides either a solid execution, or a strong slow to pick people off. if anything I should of made a "dark horse" section for champions people believe are weak but might be stronger than we believe, while saying why.

C: Kha has lost a lot of value with the rise of tanks and his inability to tare through them, falls off hard in the late game. Shyvana, less them stellar clear time since W nerfs, amazing scaling, but is out classed by many people who resemble her such as heca. Nidalee similiar fate as Kha zix, and for Katarina, shes been pretty irrelvant since her nerfs and the fact her combo is just so hard countered by this modern meta of champions people like. Caitlyn has hard fallen off since the nerfs, B at best.

D: Vayne: Worse lane phase ever to the point even good vaynes are crying, no wave clear, no range, no damage until items. prays for late game maybe C Lucian: Does no damage and is out classed by just about every adc in this game maybe C Zyra: Maybe could be pumped to C, why play zyra when you can just play brand if you want a carry support.
