they only do so well because the average midlaner only imitates others rather than actually thinking for themselves

the same goes when a champ from any lane goes to another lane.

Jayce has been a mid-laner for years. The only thing is that he comes in and out of the meta and has a low-ish play-rate.

I don't know about Olaf but Jayce and Riven both have been flexible between mid and top.

In my opinion jayce is better for himself mid and Riven is better for herself top.

I have seen olaf mid a lot and its bs. Also why is it able tho? I can see half the mages just crumbling before jayce and i hardly say thats fair

I guess cause Olafs ultimate allows him to ignore CC, which most mages use to defend themselves.

Jayce just does a lot of damage, his poke hurts and his burst is huge.

I beat him with Syndra and Cassiopeia, I just treat him like how I would treat any other midlaner, nonstop poke.

The same reason Irelia, Wukong and Pantheon mid are a thing to some extent, counterpicks. Also, mages crumble to other mages, I don't see why them crumbling to Jayce is a problem.

Just play a mage with some cc and when riven uses 2nd q stun her and ask for ganks.

That's not the point the jungler does not have to gank for you to win your lane, If you play safe and don't die to riven at the first 6 levels she won't do very good

if you bitch so much about the game stop playing... its nothing new to see bruisers mid. adapt. learn, grow or are you incapable of doing so?

that is why its a chance , if you are afraid of being countered pick just play support as and never leave turret. then you have zero to worry about.

if you are worried about Olaf learn to play against him, his ult is only time he is immune to cc. but let in on a secert shhhhhh Anivia wall, JarvanIV ult Taliyah ult Azir and Trundle and soon to be the new Yorick can stop Olaf ult.

A solo lane, is a solo lane, is a solo lane. If you can't handle the cross over (Liss is a mage, but goes top) I might just recommend the ADC role.

Also, you don't punish the pick, you punish the comp. If you fighting against an Olaf Mid lane, Learn how to play safe, not feed, and then punish the fact that the enemy has like, and entire AD comp, or only one real Carry.

egh garen is a counter to riven and with the right runes he will have enough cd at lvl 1 to have enough trade potential

ad reds, ad quints, flat armor seals and flat cdr blues. 6-6-18 set up

item 3742 item 3812 item 3052 item 3071 item 3065 item 3009 u end up wasting the blue cdrs at full build but the early cdr is so worth.
