This is where I lost it. When did "boobs" automatically equal porn? That's a natural part of a woman's body. It's also one of the most notable ways to distinguish the sex of someone without having to drop their garments. Imagine if NO ONE had a chest. How would anyone know anyone's sex/gender? By their haircut? Their speech? Their tendencies? All of which don't exactly determine gender/sex and sometimes make it hard to tell which line their walking anyway (Hell in the gay community there's already feminine and masculine guys. slap a wig on some of those Feminine guys and things start getting really really weird when you want one thing but get another).

Are you planning on monitoring Mordekaiser after this removal? As is, he is a low played champion again and is another champion that cost health on his abilities. Most build Hex on him and the removal of the spell vamp i feel will affect him.

She's the only other champion apart from Vlad that also uses revolver guaranteed, but I am pretty sure her rework is not coming out in 6.9 or no where near anything soon.
She's is going to be hit very hard with no spellvamp on revolver.

I don't know how good or bad Akali will be with the changes. But i'm pretty sure she's not going to be hit hard enough for a rework to be needed.

Introduction to a question Dravens Q, Spinning Axe empowers his attacks by 45-85% of his total AD. Life steal works with it. Because of the nature of AA it is targeted. What I'm trying to say is, Dravens empowered ability, even if slightly difficult to maintain in long run, has very bursty, mage'ish feel. With just a little bit of a lifesteal Draven can heal himself up like crazy.

"The" Question Why ADCs (Draven especially) are allowed to heal themselves for even 300 (!!!) HP per 1 AA, while dealing insane damage, while spellvamp gets deleted in a MAGE UPDATE ?

The problem you don't see here is Spell Vamp And Life Steal aren't AD AND AP counter parts, Vladimirs Q is a spell which no matter if it is AD AP or True damage it is still a spell and will use spell vamp. Just as AutoAttacks can be AD or AP or true damage from certain things like Red Buff, and they will benefit from life steal.

RiotMeddler15 votesAdding that many champions into the patch on PBE and then pulling them out again increases the risk of bugs in that patch significantly. In the case of the items we felt the feedback gathered and bugs caught would be worth the risk, particularly since there are far fewer files involved with those items than all the mages. For the mages and some other mid-season changes (dragon changes for example) we felt the cost was too high to go to PBE a patch early by contrast.

Kyutoryus2 votesneeds to be 20% to meet on middle ground, turrets have to be given a look at to make sure it doesn't get out of hand as well or given more Armor and MR to balance the pushing power a team can have because i don't see why anyone wouldn't pick Ziggs after this. i'd think this would be better on his ulti instead of his charge though (While keeping the minion change in mind). that way he'd have to decide between using it to seige, Team Fight, or clear minion waves. Other wise his sachell charge shouldn't get below 30 seconds of CD cause it's an outrageous pushing tool
