Can you look at buffing Tenacity to effect time airborne+distance moved for Knock-ups/Displacements?
They're so wildly prevalent now that tenacity is effectively useless, because what's the point of having 30-60% Tenacity when the enemy consists of knock-ups and displacements out the ass, juggling you around with 0 counterplay other than "play 40% CDR urf dodgeball every time you see an enemy" for the duration of the entire game?
