Is Celerity good on anyone that isn't Hecarim? Think we could look at tweaking it to do anything?

Like I don't know have it generate a small percent of Mana like 1% of your missing Mana for every X amount of Meters you travel? You've already got a tracker built into the game on the current Celerity telling you how much "extra" distance you've traveled with that 1% MS it gives you so it can't be that hard to implement.

Ah, I loved old celerity. As for champs who use it besides Hec, I always slap it on my Janna.

Celerity is fine as is. Good on champs like janna, bard, soraka, singed, hecarim or anyone with ms passives/abilities

I like using it when I play Nidalee . Works well with her passive and make more benefit from the scuttle

it USED to be good on Nocturne when it gave adaptive stats. Dont know if he uises it anymore tho. The move speed bonus on his Horrify effect was like a free 24AD.

I use it on Miss Fortune over the boots/biscuits secondary combo that has been taken on most ADCs for a while, since her W movespeed combined with the %bonus from celerity really gives a pretty large bonus and lets you zoom around the map.

I've been experimenting with it on Lux as I usually build movement speed items on her (Twin shadows, Lich bane, even Swiftness boots). I think Absolute Focus is still better overall for the damage but having close to 500ms out of combat movement speed is damn nice to roam around the map during mid and late game.

Tbh as a hecarim main I don’t even use celerity. In my opinion if you are going conqueror then magical footwear plus cosmic insight is way better. Only time I would go celerity on hecarim is if I’m going predator and taking ghost.
