This item RNG needs to be fucking fixed, give everyone the same # of item drops ffs

The thing I despise about assassins is how tanky they are, can't do 2k UNLESS you go squishy

Surrender@20 is so depressing, for every 1 damage nerf another 5 champs get damage buffs

Is Celerity good on anyone that isn't Hecarim? Think we could look at tweaking it to do anything?

Can you look at buffing Tenacity to effect time airborne+distance moved for Knock-ups/Displacements?

Can we look at reworking Black Cleaver into a solo damage-booster instead of an Armor-Shredder?

Think we could buff Frozen Heart and Glacial Shroud? Give some better stats for a small price-up?

Riot think you could give Font of Life any kind of base value scaling? The current #'s suck
