They've been doing this for a while now and it's giving out %reduct or plain old 100% reduct out like candy. We're gonna be dota in a year, where the meta consists of nothing but true damage carries and ppl who can reduce damage

I love my League, but If we're talking champion balance, DotA wins no contest! Not until LoL can achieve a tournament season where 95% of the champs see play! :P

I'm sorry but wut? How is that like dota at all? Pure damage isn't that prevelant in there. Out of the top 10 heroes only 2 have pure, Lina with Agh;s, and QoP with agh's.
I'll give you the damage reduction because in the top 10 Tusk with snowball, Dazzle with heal, grave, and Weave, Rubik passive, and Shadow Fiend Ult debuff. (My source is this /)
