170.00% Crit Rate every 1.14 seconds. That's completely ridiculous. I'd say maybe cut back 100% >>> 70.00% Crit Rate every 3 seconds. That's a bit more balanced!

Seriously can't stand a feeding Cait being 1/6 at 20 minutes but being able to 3 shot still just cause of 1 damn item.

wouldnt go that far take it up to around 1.75 any higher would make the item useless.
