Stop asking for a time delay on Annie's ultimate

Riot will not change her because you whine on how you stayed in her range for her to Tibbers stun you. Giving her a time delay on her ult will let anyone she goes after to dodge it, then turn on her as she just burned her ult and stun. Therefore she wouldn't be able to do anything to get away as she's slow and short ranged.

Changing the CC on an immobile mage will make them unviable, every time unless it's a buff. Mages are slow, have CC, and high damage to be able to viably play well against those that have the stupidly insane mobility, freaky dashes and gap closers who can melt them in two seconds.

Just stop whining, build MR, keep an eye on her stacks by clicking on her, and go in when it's around 1-2. Stay away if she has 3 or her stun, and keep out of her range so she can't flash ult you.

but she has no skillshots therefor its point and click to win doesn't matter how immobile you are when you can just button smash to win

Sure she's point and click because she's short ranged. How can she have a skillshot with her range currently? That just doesn't work. She would need at least Ezreal's Q and W range to be a viable skill shot mage.

Besides her strengths she has a lot of weaknesses. Exploit them and you make her useless.

annie would still be able to 100-0 people with no skill involved during 1 on 1s

No. It gives her enemy a too easy option to dodge and then she has no way to get out. It will not work. There is counterplay to her flash R combo-stay out of her range.__
