Its time to make Cho lose ult stacks on death again
Maybe then the champ wouldnt be so braindead.

This was the way his ult worked a year ago. The problem was, it meant he never could tank, as a good team would keep him shut down and at 1 stack AT MOST. It also meant he was useless in ARAM because he couldn't get items without dying. They made it so he didn't lose stacks so that he could actually tank, and do his role as such.
Trust me, it wasn't fun to get to level 6, get one or two stacks, and then get ganked and targeted constantly so you could never get to your 6 stack limit.

Oh its not fun either for be me unable to shutdown the 7k health cho.
There needs to be some counterplay to it, atm if he just gets a few item its impossible to shut him down.

That would make him super snowball reliant though. He'd be tanky and bursty when ahead, and squishy and low damage when behind (since his ult would deal less damage).

Good.
There needs to be a risk to picking cho gath, other than the fact he might be banned 95% of the time.
Wouldn't it be better for him to have consistent damage and tankiness and balance those aspects of him?
I'm not liking going up against him to be honest. The 7k hp pool is a bit over the top in my opinion.
