What do you think about the state of boots in the game ?
I have a feeling they are lackluster and only have use through the unique abilities they go with (10% summoner CD, 12% AA dmg reduction, 30% Tenacity)
Having more base move speed though scaling or flat and removing boots from the game seems a good trade off.

Clementine2 votesThey're much weaker than Mercs and Tabis. And sine Mercs give the lower duration on slows, sometimes it's better anyway
