was nerfed when Warlord's Bloodlust and Statikk Shiv were hit.
was hit when they nerfed BotRK in the preseason and when SS/RFC stacking was removed.
was nerfed in 6.3 rather heftily.
So, if the complaining no longer had a base in the game, it vanished? Go figure.

LOL i just tried it with kog jg it really helps with his clear because he will always skill W first
