Is it bruisers that are taking over mid, bot, top?

Is it bruisers having the most broken itemization in the game?

Is it bruisers bursting teams in aoe from 1k range (further making the burst/1 shot meta problem even worse)?

Is it bruisers the ones with top 2~5 wrs across 4 different positions? (i'll give you a hint, its mages)

Are all those broken champs bruisers? Across FOUR DIFFERENT ROLES? (the only role mages still arent taking over is jungle, and thats only because taliyah was nerfed hard or we would have 5 mage team comps).

Are bruiser items?

Conqueror is broken yes, and it needs to be removed from the game and replaced with fervor, but other than and a few problematic champions ( ) , not even to mention the first two wouldnt even be problems right now if it wasant for conqueror.

See the difference yet boards? You can ban out the broken bruisers, but you cant ban 20 different mages and half of their itemization.

Mages are the ones taking over the game, NOT bruisers, so stop it with this pro-mage bias boards? Admit the problem with mages and come up with ways to nerf them to balance the game instead of trying to blindly believe that mages are "weak" or "balanced", when they are in fact the strongest role in the game now.

Some are problematic - jax, aatrox, irelia mostly. Urgot isn't really so much of an issue as he's just annoying for certain champs to deal with. Camille isn't an issue mid last I checked but I'm not a mid main so can't be sure.

Cassio and kass have been issues recently. Heimer is annoying but becomes semi-useless later into the game because his regular turrets die to easily and he loses so much dps off that. Lissandra? She might be meta, but she's definitely not broken. Same with swain. He's a shadow of his former reworked self. Brand yes... too much base damage in his kit - it's why he's abused as support much like how morg was when she first became meta support seasons ago - her damage USED to be good with minimal ap. Bruisers and bruisery tanks like sion have definitely had their impact on mid far more than mages have impacted top lane now and over the past season as a whole.

So yeah... some bruisers are a problem. And one more problematic thing with it is that it earns other perfectly healthy bruisers a bad rap just because they fall in the same classification as the ones you and I mentioned above. Bruisers AND mages and even assassins should be joining forces... not to cry for bruiser nerfs, but rather to cry for tuning down the power of specific bruisers that ruin the game for other champions (including other bruisers). Much like adc's should be crying to nerf ezreal and lucian rather than crying for adc buffs across the board... but since when is that group reasonable on the boards?

Where to start, where to start. Firstly, Leblanc and Kassadin are assassins, not mages. The fact that they do magic damage does not change that. When was the last time you saw a naturally non-squishy mage (excepting Swain and Vladimir as sustain mages, of course)? When was the last time mages had a strong mobility tool? All there is is Zoe's ult, which is useless in escape situations, Lissandra's hand thing, which is extremely slow, and Azir's e, which has a short range and puts multiple abilities on cd. The rest just have movement speed steroids or the like. Meanwhile, some bruisers output significantly more damage, are extremely tanky (despite building damage items all game), and a few have a dash which is either very long ranged or has a tiny cd.
