@Meddler , are adcs still getting the base MR increase on 8.24b?

Dont see a mention of it on recent posts or anything on pbe.

I do hope you guys havent forgotten about it, mages are completely sufocating adcs in the bot lane and some breathing room until the crit itemization/adc buffs come would be welcomed.
