They all still have pretty high pickrates, along with win rates. If you can't be successful with them, that's on you, not Riot.
GGXJ91 votesDev is a terrible niche (I play dev junglers) but because I know they are broken and you can super abuse it if you know what you are doing. Game is too unhealthy with dev they just need to buff ap/ad bruiser items so that the ranged disengage junglers arent as viable (only thing viable)

It may sound like Riot's playing favorites. and yet, it also shows that they are not entirely balancing around the LCS Either.
