Bait Kog W Before Commititng

It makes me mad that Kog is now the LOWEST SKILLFLOOR ADC in the game compared to one of the highest and most versatile pre-rework (when many Kog players loved to play him mid too). He's nothing more than a W bot and some of the absolute shittiest ADCs I've ever seen who can't kite to save their lives and have no idea what target selection is even when you actually have options can do fine on Kog. Even if their positioning is terrible they still end up doing a lot of damage before dying and Rageblade/Runaan's helps mitigate some of their target selection issues.

So, I'm here to provide some tips to make these bad Kogs pay for being so goddamn terrible. I am tired of seeing them win when they don't deserve to at all. First of all, try to bait Kog's W before engages. This is absolutely critical and a lot of these trash Kogs get baited easy by a false engage. You can then run away and their team will often chase a little. You can suddenly turn back and Kog will be more or less useless. This idea is huge and absolutely critical to countering him properly. Likewise, if Kog just got your team to 60% HP and it looks bad, think deeper because it will usually mean his W is down.

Who needs to bait W, when you can just murder them instantly?

I think Rito did it right the first time in releasing the W terror version of kog, it taught people to not push up into his lane. Basically up until protect the Kog comps, it was basically a derp test.

The jungle kog sated rageblade hurricane build was complete BS tho.

Jungle Kog was never viable in high ELO. His clear was good and he obviously scaled well but his other weaknesses are just too glaring for the first 20 minutes and he lacks lane pressure relative to something like Kindred etc.

There is no such thing as too glaring weakness when your jungler pentakills the enemy team when he has his items. Carry junglers are not weak!

Be realistic here. He loses duels to virtually every jungler (free food for Nocturne especially), has essentially no ganking tools and is squishy if he wants to do damage. A competent team can just steal your jg and take objectives long before you get anywhere near your items.
