Lets clear up a misconception
Less deaths is more valuable than lots of kills
I see a ton of lower ELO players make this mistake. They see Kills as the way of getting back into the game, and constantly die trying to pursue it.
For the most part, unless you make specific trades while grouped, dying 1 for 1 is not worth it. Trading a Nami for a Vayne when going for baron is 100% worth it, but trading the adc for the support because they went out to ward and you flashed for the kill, is NOT WORTH IT.
Dying gives up way more than you think. Dying means you have no pressure on the map. At all. Zero. The enemy team is free to take advantage of that and even further put you behind.
the best way to get back in the game is to not die. 1 kill is worth 12 cs, in both exp and gold. So losing 3 creep waves because you dived or got dove is NOT worth it. If you're 0/3, play safe and farm, you will come back into the game MUCH FASTER than going 3/5. While staying alive this means you are there to fight back and have lane pressure. Just by being alive has a factor for the enemy team to consider not leaving lane. If you died in a trade, they might clear the wave, go do the jungle camp, and come back for extra gold. If you didn't die, they cant leave because youll punish by pushing.
So please take this to heart, dying less is more valuable than getting kills.
