I recall that gold income was part of the analysis for getting a decent grade. If that's true, and some signifcant portion of the playerbase for a champ uses the Klepto rune, is it fair to say that those players on, for example, Gangplank need to get Klepto, or is Klepto taking into account?

high cs is a lot more important than whatever benefit klepto gives you.

It's less gold income, and more almost everything standard that leads into getting gold. CS, kills and assists, ward kills...all of that leads into it.

As far as I'm aware, Klepto gold is not taken into account.
