How do you justify dealing this much damage by clicking on someone, while dashing everywhere and being untargettable by skillshots if you aren't faker ?

Well let me inform you. Lucian is good at quick in and out fighting with his passive and dash. Not to mention that you are an immobile Brand who has 0 defensive stats apart from base. Lucian should be able to deal a lot of damage to you. His compensation for that is that he has a lower range than most ADCs (500) and that he is mana hungry at earlier levels. Not to mention that he is a squishy ADC.

You however are BRAND. 1 full combo can just about 100-0 him if you have the AP and penetration. Even if you do not, you can still chunk him massively. Even better is that you actually out range him (550). so even if you just AA him, he has to move to return the trade or spend mana.

Lucian is not "untargetable" in the slightest. He has a movement ability. Your attacks can and will still hit him if aimed and timed properly. That is all on you though. Not on Lucian.
