Nerfing ADCs is the most idiotic way to balance them

Kalista's early game rend damage is flat out broken right now.

Lucian is just sitting there and waiting for the post worlds nerf cycle on Vayne and Jinx, and he's back to being the strongest ADC.

How about just reverting all the nerfs on Sivir, making Ez and Varus not a gimmick mid, and letting Graves be something other than "weaker Lucian"

That would make sense, can't have that at Riot games.

Isn't this the same idiot that said "ADCs will stop being played" back during like season 3-4? Yeah think we can ignore everything he says about balance/gameplay/etc. He may be mechanically gifted but he has the game knowledge of a flea.
