The discreptancy of reaction time

Its the reason that champions like Ekko, Zed and LeBlanc are annoying...their moves happen so fast, and they relocate nearly instantly which is very far removed from human reaction times. As someone else zed, it takes less skill to play certain champions than it does to play against them.

Personally, I am opposed to champions who benefit from instantaneous travel built into their abilities while at the same time enjoying high reward low risk engagements.
