Kog maw is balanced...or....to balanced

considering that you made a champion rework with actual counterplay since any kind of assassin(rammus included as a champion that fucks him) just build thorn mail just obliterates him people may say oh he just needs some peel!!!!! wtf is the frontline I've never heard of this "frontline you speak of" or to a lot of assassins just getting to close (and no kiting)makes his life hard ;-;
