I'm even queueing as fill, and I'm not getting into any games. Been waiting around 25 minutes now, trying out different positions, and been queued as fill for the last 10 minutes. I'm not challenger or anywhere near, I'm silver 4.

Why am I waiting so long to find a game? Not the only time, either. I'm always waiting forever. Even during prime time.
