atleast jarvan passive has CD and its current health ,max 400 damage vs anyone ,vayne 2 attack speed 2 lifesteal items no lw or cleaver debuff still god damn infinite true damage and botrk aside of that u cant even out run her with pd passive

DreamLeviathan1 votesUhh. Most percentage caps only apply to monsters, or are so high that only monsters are likely to come up as a limit. And, as it happens, Vayne's silver bolts DO have a damage cap versus monsters. The percentage portion is capped at 200.
edit: After glancing at it, Jarvan's cap only comes up at 4000 health or more. I guess it'll come up sometimes against champions if they're building a ton, but not very heavily

Princess Emma1 votesIf we don't get a little fix soon, we may end up having a champion that does % Max health true damage that shreds armor and magic resist and increases the amount of true damage the target takes from all sources by 1% for each point of armor and magic resist shredded.
