Can Udyr get a decent skin that doesn't cost $25 plus

I want to play Udyr, but his base model and other skins are so ugly (not a fan of definitely not Udyr). And the decent skin cost at least $25 which I'm not willing to pay. This an old champ and I think by now he should have a decent skin that cost about $10-$15.

The problem is he'll very likely never get a VGU because Spirit Guard IS his VGU.

well he can get a light change with a full vu like ez whom also has an ultimate. It just took longer than most players stayed with the game
