Possible Idea for a Tryndamere Rework
I've been seeing alot of complaints about Tryndamere and I thought I would contribute an idea of mine.
What if Tryndamere's fury bar, in addition to the crit chance passive, dictated the use of his ultimate. Tryndamere's ult would be a passive, If Tryndamere's fury bar is full, and he takes damage that would reduce his health to below 1 HP, his Undying Rage activates automatically, cc'd or not. When Undying Rage is active Tryndamere's fury bar rapidly decays, when the fury runs out, the effect ends. Auto attacking enemies during Undying Rage restores 10% of fury. Tryndamere does not gain fury from attacking towers and do NOT reset the timer on fury decay. Tryndameres ultimate has no cooldown, if Tryndamere does not initially have full fury his ultimate does not activate and he dies.
What this change does is makes it so Tryndamere can not activate ult and continue to attack towers removing the unhealthy pattern of attacking towers while you can't do anything about it. Tryndamere is also now more thematically sound as his ultimate is a literal rage, he should be attacking during this time and not using his ult as a tool to use when he messes up in order to avoid death. CC now effects Tryndamere heavily as disables will cause him to not maintain his fury, shortening the length of his Undying Rage.
A problem however with this change, is his Q which would also need to be changed because it interacts with his fury in a way that would cause problems with his ult mechanic. This change is fine I think because his Q thematically didn't make much sense. I recommend replacing it with some kind of attack speed steroid for synergy with his ultimate, especially at earlier levels. However, the passive on his Q should remain the same.
