For a juggernaut to be successful they need some form of percent healing/sustain

I love juggernauts, I main Yorick and recently picked up Urgot. I think the only thing holding them back is a percent heal, they need it to be tanky. Maybe if Urgot kills someone with his ult he gets healed a percentage, I mean it makes sense he is grinding someone into his gut. Just a thought :)

Not saying aoe percent heal like Darius but just something, its a shame the only real playable juggernaut is Darius :/
