How Viable is singed currently?

I need another top laner for those times when my entire team is against me for locking in as if i'm planning to troll them

As someone who plays both and you can guess that I enjoy champs whose entire existence is just to make you irritated ( except her i'm not that cruel.) Singed usually catches my attention often but I never gave him much of a chance since I despise his early game.

Anybody have any idea how good or bad he is now? Running around giving no fucks and somehow winning is always enjoyable

He's a good tank and his wave clear gets really good once you level your poison trail. The problem is unless you're in silver or lower ganking people can be hard without a team. You pretty much just have to piss people off like crazy until they just tilt and start chasing you blindly. Just make sure you get movement speed quints with swift boots of alacrity and no one will catch you. He's a great split pusher.

he's not bad, he just tends to not do much a lot of the time and relies on your opponents being so upset at the fact that you exist that you become much more of a priority than you should be.

alternatively, Gnar Illaoi Irelia Kennen Nasus Vladimir are some good top laners that can irritate people

Singed is a champ I've always wanted to master... I've seen diamonds do amazing things with him... but I just haven't gotten down when to proxy, when to roam, etc.
