Abyssal Scepter gives too much offense/defense for its cost (more inside)

Maybe if this item wasn't pigeonholed into being one of the two best AP items (the other being RoA) they could tweak costs of things like deathcap/zhonyas. But with the state of Abyssal + RoA, that's not going to happen as it'd make AP characters out of line.
