Did riot learn from MSI?
did they learn that

The lack of diversity in champ select was disgusting this year.
130+ champs and only 20-30 are viable to play if you want to win.
62 champions picked/banned across 43 games, it's average at best
Tournament picks and champion viability dont correlate well. Tournament LoL is an entirely different game from regular LoL. Even if a champ is slightly overpowered, it might be unviable in tournament play if its not a consistent enough champion, because it doesnt matter how good the champion is if it doesnt perform consistently enough.
over how many games?
when the final 4 games played by RNG and KZ had maybe 20 champs picked over 4 games.
is trash after her hotfix and is badly in need of compensation buffs to be made viable again.
is a very mechanically intensive champion and a high skill ceiling champion... She's been gutted after her nerfs and is badly in need of compensation buffs...
