cause he is fkn busted. he can gank from every possible angle he has enough base dmg so you cant ignore him untill late game and um his clear are strong... do you want more? also his passive is good for baits

Hm..He's strong while building extremely tanky, it's really hard to ward for his ganks. In a teamfight, he's just a giant thing that you can't really ignore.

He has quite a bit of damage too. Lots of pro's (as in not cons not as in LCS players) and his E lets him flank real hard which hurts low elo players due to lack of wards.

Eh, he doesn't have that much damage himself without getting either ahead or building AP, which reduces his tankiness. But his E lets him gank from unconventional places which low ELO people don't know or expect, thus no wards, like you said. And between his slow, his E knockup, and his repeated ult knockup (once per ult strike), he can disrupt a teamfight pretty heavily.

He has a high skillcap, but it's not too hard of a skillfloor either. He uses 4% current health but picking up each blob for striking an enemy grants 4% maximum which means a good Zac player can pretty much just sustain through whole jungle. And once he gets some items, the health cost is essentially negligible.

The simple answer is that he has become "meta". Remember at the beginning of the season when you saw Dr. Mundo picked and banned almost every game? He was meta at that point just like Zac is meta now. He also happens to be incredibly strong in lower ELO's since most people don't notice the shadow on Elastic Slingshot until it is too late. I doubt he will remain meta as people will learn how to deal with him like they do in high ELO (there is a reason you almost never see him played professionally).

i've had times where i didn't see zac. or the shadow. until i was already knocked up. am not sure if its a glitch or has to do from jumping from fog. but it happens often.

In my ELO, people dodge or interrupt Elastic slingshot multiple times a game. Hell, I aim it into a group of minions to try to mask it and people still dodge it. Might be a graphics issue for you, but I get interrupted and dodged so much its kinda silly. Almost never happened when I climbed from silver until I hit Plat 1/Diamond 5. At Diamond 1, it happened 70-80% of the time.

people often in my elo use their cc before he es. and he just gets away. its ridiculous how many times it happens. like shit. when i play darius i just stack my passive on him. wait for him to try E and i just grab him mid jump.
